A day with SGB

Small moments. Real relief. All day long.

Not something else to manage. Just a quiet companion that meets you where the day actually is.

  1. Morning · 06:42

    Before the world wants something.

One quiet tap on the cube. No questions, no scoring. Just naming what's already true so it stops running the show.

    "today, soft is enough."

  2. Mid-morning · 10:15

A voice note from Brandy in your ear.

Ninety seconds of warm, no-bs honesty while the kettle boils. The pep talk you'd give your best friend, finally aimed at you.

    "you're not crazy. it's tuesday."

  3. Midday · 1:08

    When the noise is winning.

Pull up a tiny reset. Windows down, music loud. Three slow breaths. Cold water on your wrists. Five quiet minutes that don't ask anything of you.

"you're allowed to step out of the room."

  4. Late afternoon · 4:30

The moment everything feels too much.

Open The Room. Read three lines from women who get it. Laugh, exhale, feel a little less alone. Post nothing if you don't want to.

"someone else is in this exact moment with you."

  5. Evening · 9:54

    Soft landing, before sleep.

A short read on what your body actually did today. No fixing, no homework. Just a quiet 'that makes sense' so you can put the day down.

    "nothing to solve tonight."

"A small, kind thing — five times a day."

Brandy, founder of Still Got Bite

From the founder

Brandy

The idea for Still Got Bite came somewhere between peri rage, exhaustion, the mayhem of raising kids, working full time, crying in parking lots, trying to remember why I walked into the kitchen… and realizing I didn't need a winter coat in the dead of a northern Canadian winter.

I couldn't find a space that felt human enough for what women are actually carrying. A place for what they're feeling — and an unpolished place to put it all.

So, I created one.

No perfection here.
Just support, softness, humor, and somewhere to unload when life gets loud.

— Brandy

The thoughts don't have to stay quiet.

Real talk. Humor. Support. No pretending required.
